Vitamin A Helps improve eyesight and helps healthy 'glowing' skin. It can be found in eggs, milk, apricots, carrots, spinach and sweet potatoes.
Vitamin B This incorporates a number of vitamin types that help generate energy and actively helps the production of red blood cells. It can be found in wheat, seafood and green vegetables.
Vitamin C This helps strengthen muscles and gums, it can also help overcoming infections. Foods rich in vitamin C are citrus fruits, tomatoes and broccoli.
Vitamin D This works towards strengthening your bones and teeth. It is found in fish, egg yolk and milk.
Vitamin E This takes care of the lungs and helps the production of red blood cells. It is found in whole grains, nuts and leafy green vegetables.
